During the open advisory, the UP team and other experienced professionals with specialised expertise will be available for professional feedback and discussion in the Green Room from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. We’ll make sure the coffee is brewing.
The format is open, and each advisory session lasts approximately 30 minutes with each advisor. You can bring your specific challenges or questions and be matched with the right advisor. Every first Wednesday of the month, these advisors are available:
- Ann-Jette Caron, development producer at UP and an experienced producer in the independent sector
- Mathias Schønberg, communications manager for UP with a master’s degree in rhetoric and broad communications experience
- Often an external advisor with specialised experience
After the open consultation, we’ll have lunch in the Green Room with everyone in the building. You’re welcome to stay for this.
UP’s open consultation is inspired by the Morning Producers format, which has been highly successful in London, where it was developed by ArtsAdmin—an institution with many similarities to UP.
Bookings open in August

Very specific budget questions

If you arrive in good time, you are welcome to sit and work in the room.
If you live too far away from UP to attend in person, you can participate via Teams. However, we encourage everyone who is able to do so to attend in person.
Please indicate in your booking whether you will be attending in person or via Microsoft Teams.
