We currently have a small office available on the first floor at Baldersgade 6 in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, at the Development Platform for Performing Arts.
We have a lovely, quiet office space of approx. 12 m2 with room for 2–4 people.
The office has skylights and a glass door to the shared hallway. You are free to decorate and paint the office as you wish. The room contains a long desk and office chairs, but these can be removed if you do not wish to use them.

The rent includes internet, electricity, water, and heating, as well as access to shared facilities such as a kitchen, toilets, a large, bright foyer, and a lovely, peaceful courtyard.
You will be sharing the building with a vibrant community of performing artists who work intensively in three different rehearsal rooms and a shared workspace elsewhere in the building.
You will also have access to beautifully decorated meeting rooms.
Price: DKK 4,500 per month plus VAT
Rental period: minimum 6 months.
Notice period thereafter: 3 months.
