The Performing Arts Strategy Lab is a paid strategy development programme for independent performing arts groups. Over the course of a week, participants have the opportunity to work intensively on developing a strategic direction.
The programme provides time to reflect on conscious choices and priorities that can support both artistic and organisational visions.
It is the first and only programme of its kind – a truly unique opportunity to accelerate strategic development. The big questions are placed on the table: Where do we want to go with our artistic and organisational practice? What does it take to realise a change or a new business model? How can we work more long-term with projects or create new structures?
The Performing Arts Strategy Lab takes place at Thoravej 29 in collaboration with Bikuben Foundation.
