Erik Pold
In an interview with Iscene on September 23, 2026, Erik Pold, the director of UP, shares some of his thoughts and visions for UP. Among other things, he emphasises that he is well aware that the independent arts scene is under financial pressure and that the way forward lies in cross-sector collaboration and partnerships.
But he also emphasizes the Development Platform’s potential to bring together even more players in the independent arts sector—both physically at Baldersgade 6, nationwide, and perhaps even across the Nordic countries.
