Read the reflections report from Moving Identities 2025–26

Read Moving Identities’ new report, ‘Reflections 2025–26’, and learn from the experiences of artists and institutions

Are you curious to find out what, as a host of international residencies and as an institution, you can learn from working with representation and sustainability through performing arts projects?

– You can now read the report ‘Reflections 2025–26’. It has been produced by UP, the organiser of the European residency collaboration Moving Identities, and by CKI – Centre for Art and Interculture.

In the report, you will find more than just figures and statistics. You will find the thoughts, experiences and reflections of real people. Both on the challenges they’ve faced and the successes they’ve achieved. We recommend the report to anyone interested in issues surrounding representation and sustainability in the performing arts, and in international collaboration. There is valuable insight to be gained here.

In addition to our own report, ISCENE also produced an excellent feature on the Moving Perspectives symposium, which took place on 19–20 May. Over the course of two full days, artists, cultural practitioners and decision-makers shared their perspectives on the themes of the past three years’ European residency collaboration within Moving Identities – representation, inclusion and sustainability in the European independent performing arts.
