Inclusion, representation, and institutional responsibility across borders.
Join around 100 artists, curators, project managers, and decision-makers gathering at UP in Copenhagen to share experiences and develop new insights into how European performing arts communities can become more inclusive, representative, and socially and environmentally responsible.
The symposium Moving Perspectives celebrates the conclusion of three years of European residency collaboration within the project Moving Identities, in which performing arts groups from a total of seven countries have developed their practices through encounters with new environments and colleagues locally at UP, in Dresden, Barcelona, Northern Norway, Belgium, and the Baltic region.
It consists of two days of panel discussions between artists and institutions, discussion groups, workshops, and celebrations.
The symposium is a professional forum for reflection, inspiration, and the exchange of concrete experiences and challenges.
