A big thanks to everyone who came to Show UP on Thursday, September 4 — and a huge thank you to Amanda Drew for a fantastic mini-concert featuring material from her solo project Precious Mayhem!
The atmosphere in the courtyard on Baldersgade was warm and melancholic as Amanda Drew provided the soundtrack to what may have been the last magical moment of late summer. The evening sun set behind the buildings while the performing artists and other creative people in attendance chatted freely and calmly about matters large and small.
This was exactly how we had envisioned Show UP—a cozy after-work event with something for the senses, where you can meet others in the profession and around the industry without it becoming targeted networking. An opportunity to strike up a conversation and let your thoughts wander together.

Mark the date in your calendar and come between 4 and 7 p.m. on November 20, when you are once again invited to Show UP.
More information about the event will follow, but for now we can promise that we will be moving indoors. We will be visited by the Belgian performing arts group Gômrah, who are in residency at Moving Identities, and we will definitely be offering an entertaining and stimulating program again.
See you on November 20!
